VARIETY: 100% Verdejo
MADURATION: 100% Verdejo aged for four months on its lees.
TASTING NOTES: Brilliant straw yellow colour with green tinge. Intense on nose, with aromas of stone fruits, white fruits and citrus. There are also hints of fennel and aniseed ground. It has a big structure that favours its persistence. In the mouth the notes of fresh fruit appear again.
WINE AND FOOD: This wine can be enjoyed with appetizers and fish dishes, seafood, pasta, rice and white meat.
