VARIETY: 100% Verdejo
THE WINE: A sparkling Verdejo, made using the traditional méthode champenoise. Straw-yellow in colour with lemon-green hues and fine bubbles that form continuous and dynamic strings; at the surface they form an enduring crown around the rim of the glass. The scents of this wine recall tropical fruit, citrus fruit, yeasts, with lactic tones accompanied by aromas of fresh pastry. Fresh on the palate, it passes agreeably through the mouth with balanced acidity.
