VARIETY: 10% Viura, 90% Verdejo
ELABORATION PROCESS: 2016 was characterized by a very mild winter with a very rainy January, rains that continued until the month of May. The summer started warm and finished very hot, with a slow maturation of the grape in September, with later vintage in the first week of October, with moderate alcoholic graduations and good colour indexes in red wines, as well as delicate aromatic profiles in white wines.
THE WINE: A refreshing, flowery wine made from a combination of varieties, 10% Viura and y 90% Verdejo, with an elegant body and refreshing and agreeable acidity. Pale straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. On the nose it reveals the harmonic potential of a floral bouquet featuring balsamic, light aniseed and vegetable tones reminiscent of green apple. Sweet notes at the opening covered by agreeable fresh sensations, clean and crisp. The Verdejo grape variety is present in the elegant touch of bitterness at the finish of this wine.
