VARIETY: 100% Verdejo
: Made with a manual process performed a double selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the winery. Cold maceration for 8 hours. Alcoholic fermentarion occurs at 11ºC in stainless and French oak barrels. After the relevant clarifications and racking, the wine is ready for bottling.
: At sight is light straw yellow. The nose is a very complex wine with floral notes (rose petals, jasmine), clean herbs (fresh hay), toasted tones, mineral touches and exotic fruits (passion fruit, pineapple). In the mouth is milled with a very nice ending with sweet flavors and a touch of acidity that gives liveliness, hints of fruit jam, smoked and flowers.
BEST ENJOYED: Ideal for appetizer or to accompany light food.
