The jewel of the cellar. Totally made using Verdejo grapes from pie franco vineyards, with manual picking and with vines aged about 100 years old.
Following the manual picking, the must ferments at a low temperature to maintain all of its fruit and mineral intensity.
Crystal pale greenish yellow colour. Nose is slightly closed in the beginning, opens gently carrying its elegance and wisdom. Just nuances, but quite a few: ripe fruit, underbrush, balsamic, somewhat woody… Fullness arrives on the palate. Very tasty, very fresh, very complex. Its slides slowly while filling the mouth with its personal taste. More fruit, more bush, meaty. Its light bitterness is hidden under such an intense flavour. Magnificent.
A wine of limited production. A surprising treat to taste.
