Made using 100% Verdejo grapes, this wine expresses the most classic flavours of the region, a wine with a marked diverse character.
The grapes come from trellised vineyards; they ferment in stainless steel vats at 15°C for approximately 20 days; matured on yeast lees, clarified and stabilised at -4°C.
Greenish yellow with a good depth, clean and shiny. An attractive bouquet bearing a good intensity, with an interesting blend of citrus reminiscence and preserve notes, which carry freshness and maturity. An easy sensation when entering the palate, where hints of ripe fruit and orange crust appear again. A quick, pleasurable mouth feel leaving a rich memory.
